OUR BOOKING AND TOUR PROCESS
We use a personalised email system
It is best to enquire using the enquiry form in the CONTACT section of the Home page. If you phone us you will still likely be requested to respond to the enquiry panel questions.
Try to avoid phoning us at times when we might be driving or hosting a tour, especially on weekends.
The enquiry form on our websites will ask you some questions, and allow you to provide any other information to help us gain a picture of what your perfect day would look like.
It will show the preferences you have selected and some details about your group. The more information you share with us, the better we can customise the day.
- Normally in the evenings, we will respond after checking the date and availability . We send you an information pack, the cost and some options. It will show our bank account details too, enabling you to make a modest deposit.
- You peruse our proposal and respond by email. If you wish to advance with us, you respond to our emailed proposal and include your place of pick-up.
- We work with you to create the itinerary, email it to you, and we make the bookings
- We communicate with you when all is in place, and we text you the day prior, to confirm pick up time
You then ENJOY the day!
At end of day, you can provide your home address details for any wines you may have purchased during the day, and want shipped
We drop you back to your accommodation or agreed drop-back point
If you are travelling from interstate or overseas, it is wise for you to confirm with us that you have arrived at the planned accommodation, the day prior to the tour.
We are happy for you to pay the balance of the tour cost on the day.
When communicating with us, try to use the same email string used initially. Always communicate through the initiating person’s email address.
